Quality policy
The Eremo has had a certified Quality System since 2000 and it is audited every year by the most important international certification entity (Det Norske Veritas) to ensure that the hospital system complies fully with the principles and standards that will guarantee clinical quality, safety, and environmental and food hygiene.

But there is more to quality than this.
A patient, who undergoes treatment is one thing, while a client who plays an active role in treatment is quite another, and this is possible because the surrounding environment is set out to make sure they know they are at the centre, the focus around which the whole system has been constructed.
This is our task, every day, and the client almost always reacts positively to this, with the additional input that helps to enhance the effects of treatment.
An optional quality questionnaire, which can be completed anonymously, is usually handed in by some two thirds of our clients and is then passed on to the certifying body. In the last five years, an average of 63% of clients have awarded “very satisfied” to the healthcare and accommodation received, while 35% have stated that they are “satisfied.” The average number of complaints from clients is two per year.
